45th at Night with.....

We all remember the blissful moments that MTV Unplugged provided us during the Neo-soul moment. Erykah Badu, The Roots, etc.

Well, my new favourite channel VH1 (nothing to do with my age) has provided us with a substitute. It's called 45th at Night with..... (I'm convinced it's shot at the same studio as Lauryn Hill's 2.0 set) and so far we have seen great collaborations a la Maroon 5 & Kanye and the incredible Ms Winehouse doing a sweet rendition of 'Love is a losing game' with Mos Def.

Keep an eye out people, it's worth tons.....

A newly released 75cl mineral water has just been launched and it costs £68 (retail price). I'm looking forward to the person who will be drinking this amongst our Caboret friends. I wonder how many bottles of Eva Water we can purchase for this price. Nibikun (one of my more intelligent friends) please do the math for us all.

WHO ACTUALLY WEARS LOUIS VUITTON?

At the recently concluded Paris Fashion week, the press had a filled-day with their several photo-opps. It is not a strange concept to associate front row sits at Fashion shows with celebrities however what was strange was the bucket-full of RAPPERS that were present. Your boy Kanye was there, Pharrell obviously amonsgt many. This drove me to question, who actually wears Louis Vuitton garments and assessories.

T.I and Young Jeezy (yes him!) recently had a louis vuitton themed birthday party in the A.T.L and we all remember the sad Mariah carey video 'Say Something' which was famously shot in the Champs-Ulyees flagship store. So, we ask who actually still cares about the LV monograms on an item of clothing or even better travel luggage. Is it just us? Does Marc jacob actually have to come up with another collection because it doesn't seem like anyone else is paying attention except VB of course?

CHRIS BROWN: A SERIOUS FORCE.....

Does anyone get the feeling that Chris Brown might just become the most important thing in R & B? I have been paying close attention to the 18-year old talents in recent weeks and I must admit, I cannot fault is talent. He just seems to be getting better with every performance, every video, every interview. I mean, did anyone see his VMA's performance or his new promotional video - he sure can perform!

And for once, I'm actually ready to support this talent, we're so sick of Ne-yo pick lips and the rest of the 2-good tracks 'album' R&B artist.
