I used to love this song - particularly Alphaville's version - until Jay decided it deserved a remix.
I used to love Numb by Linkin Park - an ode to my angst-ridden teenage years - until Jay decided that too needed to be done again.
I have nothing against Mr Carter (or is it Knowles now?). Infact, I will grudgingly confess to wriggling to his remixes but he should please stop defiling my musical treasures.
He will never be forgiven if he ever remixed any Iggy Pop --- dont want every Sola, Chike and Amina thinking they are now Afropunks!!! ;-)
